Buying this phone is a gamble. Go to ATT store and get what you pay for.
I purchased this phone on Feb. 18th 2015 because it seemed like a good deal considering the features and trusted the brand.
Yesterday it just QUIT! Worked one minute; touch screen useless the next. Tried everything. Turned off to reboot; nothing. Removed battery to reboot; nothing! Downloaded updates; Nothing! Phone is junk!
Return policy: Unused-unopened? Why would you return an unused, Unopened phone? Return policy as useless as the phone.
I will NEVER buy a phone online again! It's only a good deal if it works. Good luck!

I priced the largest of these pots at Lowes and it was priced more than all three of these. No brainer!
