Ricevuta di acquisto / Fattura

Per ogni ordine effettuato, Ridewill emette ricevuta fiscale dettagliata per i clienti privati e fattura per i clienti con P.Iva e la invia tramite e-mail all'intestatario dell'ordine (ex art. 14 DPR 445/00 e dl 52/2004).

I dati forniti dal cliente al momento dell'ordine saranno inseriti nella Fattura / Ricevuta, nessuna variazione sarà possibile dopo l'emissione della fattura stessa.

Il cliente può acquistare i prodotti presenti nel catalogo elettronico di Ridewill al momento dell'invio dell'ordine. Le immagini e i dati tecnici a corredo della scheda di un prodotto possono non essere completi ed esaustivi delle caratteristiche proprie ma differenti per dimensione, colore, accessori, ecc.

Tale messaggio di conferma riproporrà tutti i dati inseriti dal cliente che si impegna a verificarne la correttezza e a comunicare tempestivamente eventuali correzioni. Successivamente Ridewill, verificata la disponibilità del bene e l'esattezza dei dati del cliente, invierà tramite e-mail l'accettazione del contratto.

Il contratto stipulato tra il cliente e Ridewill è da intendersi concluso solo dopo l'invio della e-mail di accettazione del contratto da parte di Ridewill.

Effettuando l'ordine a Ridewill il cliente dichiara di aver preso visione delle condizioni di vendita, delle modalità di pagamento proposte e di tutta la procedura di acquisto. Con riferimento espresso agli art. 3 e 4 dlgs 185/89 il cliente riceverà via e-mail tutte le indicazioni necessarie per l'identificazione del venditore che il cliente dovrà conservare unitamente all’e-mail di accettazione del contratto.

Nel caso in cui il cliente dovesse rendere i prodotti acquistati, dovrà provvedere alla spedizione tramite procedura di RMA per prodotti guasti e di RECESSO esclusivamente presso la sede operativa di Ridewill S.r.l.

For every order made Ridewill emits detailed tax receipt for private customers, and invoice for customers with the VAT number, and sends it by e-mail to the Customer pursuant to art. 14 of Presidential Decree 445/00 and Legislative Decree 52/2004.

The data provided by the customer when the order is made will be entered in the Invoice / Receipt, no change will be possible after the issuance of the invoice.

The customer can buy products in the electronic catalog of Ridewill when sending order. The images and technical data conteined in the sheet of a product may not be complete and exhaustive about the product's characteristics, they can be different in size, color, accessories, etc..

The term "available" that appears when the product is displayed is purely indicative due to the possibility of multiple purchases at the same time by multiple users. For this reason Ridewill reserves the right, upon receipt of the order, to check the availability of the goods and, failing that, to promptly notify the non-acceptance sent. No responsibility can be attributed to Ridewill.

Receipt of the order

The correct receipt of the order is confirmed by Ridewill by a reply e-mail, sent to the email address notified by the customer.

This confirmation message will present all the data entered by the customer who will verify the correctness and communicate any corrections. After checking the availability of good and the accuracy of customer data,Ridewill sends them by e-mail the acceptance of the contract.

The contract between the customer and Ridewill is concluded only after Ridewill sends the e-mail of its acceptance.

With express reference to art. 3:04 Legislative Decree 185/89 the costumer will receive by e-mail all the information necessary to identify the seller and he must keep it together with the e-mail of acceptance of the contract.

If the customer needs to give back the products purchased, he will have to send it through RMA procedure for product failure or RECESS exclusively to the operational headquarters of Ridewill Srl

Nei casi in cui l’assistenza non sia fornita direttamente dal produttore è necessario richiedere al servizio clienti il numero RMA .

In caso di prodotto difettoso o guasto è necessario inviare una mail a rma@ridewill.it con i seguenti dati:

Difetto specificare il più possibile in maniera dettagliata

Numero della ricevuta/fattura

successivamente il servizio di assistenza Ridewill provvederà a rilasciare il numero di Rma con tutte le indicazioni per l'imballaggio e la spedizione.

Il prodotto verrà riparato oppure, nel caso in cui la riparazione non sia possibile, sostituito con uno uguale equivalente o superiore. In caso di difficoltà di reperimento del prodotto, Ridewill ha facoltà di adempiere alle Condizioni di Garanzia mediante Nota di Credito e rimborso* all'acquirente del corrente prezzo di mercato del prodotto stesso. Il cliente dovrà far pervenire il bene a sue spese presso la sede operativa di Ridewill in via Socrate, 6 - 22070 Casnate con Bernate (CO)

Le spese di spedizione per invio di un prodotto guasto sono a carico dell'acquirente , Ridewill si farà carico delle spese di spedizione per la restituzione del prodotto.

Saranno respinte al Mittente con spese a suo carico, tutte le spedizioni di prodotti:

- Non comprendenti imballi, accessori, manualistiche originali, viti, bulloni, guarnizioni e quant'altro fosse presente all'atto dell'acquisto

- Ricevuti con imballo esterno non idoneo o inadeguato e quindi danneggiati durante il trasporto.

La Garanzia non copre i danni dovuti al non utilizzo degli imballi originali e di adeguato imballo protettivo esterno di sicurezza non autorizzati dal centro assistenza. Se il prodotto risultasse danneggiato per un non corretto montaggio/istallazione Ridewill.it si riserverà di accettare la validità della Garanzia.

Garanzia sulle batterie moto e scooter

In ottemperanza del DLGS 24 del 02/02/2002 e legge 422 del 29/12/2000 (legge

Comunitaria) la garanzia sulla durata elettrica si applica entro 30 giorni dalla vendita

fornendo copia della ricevuta di acquisto.Per i difetti di costruzione e conformità

rimane valida la garanzia convenzionale di 24 mesi per i soggetti privati e di 12 mesi

per i soggetti titolari di partita IVA.

Convenzionalmente viene escluso ogni diritto del Cliente ad un risarcimento danni o ad indennizzi nonche' ogni responsabilità contrattuale o extracontrattuale per danni diretti o indiretti a persone e/o cose. Nel caso di modifiche alle Condizioni di Garanzia, Ridewill.it applicherà le condizioni presenti sulla Garanzia per prodotti in vigore al momento dell'acquisto del Cliente.
