Domestic Combined Postage

International Combined Postage Instructions

Tracked and Sign, Tracked, Sign international service:
£13.00 first item + £4.00 each additional item(Europe).

Returns:
 
Free Domestic Returns for all orders in Buy it Now format. Auction style: 14 days return, buyer pays for return.
Items can be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt of the item 14 days for sale items. Items must be returned in the same condition as received and complete with all price tags, dog tags, dust bags etc.
Replacements can also be made.
We provide any technical help through eBay messages.
 
PARCEL NOT COLLECTED IF ATTEMPTED FOR DELIVERY:
In the event of failure to collect the parcel, if there was an attempt to deliver, we assign the right to deduct original shipping costs from the refund of the amount due.
 
Please Note: If a special delivery option is chosen at checkout we will refund only standard shipping, differences will be deducted from the refund.
 
International Returns:
Customs forms have to clearly show that the return ORIGINATED FROM THE UK sometimes referred to as THE COUNTRY OF ORIGIN
If in the event that customs forms are not completed correctly and we get charged customs duty (for which duty has already been paid at the time of purchase) and handling then this will be deducted from the refund of your item. We will then submit a claim to customs and if a refund is paid then it will be returned to the customer minus the handling charge which is not repaid.
If forms are completed correctly there are no charges or delays as there are none due.
IMPORTANT:
If item is returned without original packaging or labels have been removed, we can deduct up to 25% of refund amount plus return label cost( if used for return) If the returned item was used, worn, we have the right to refuse refunds or deduct 50% of the value of the goods.

depending on the service including insurance for items valued over £20.00.
For order lower than £20 we use Standard International Service or above if requested.
Royal Mail does not guarantee delivery dates on international packages.
Most orders will require a signature upon delivery, unless specified.
