Order Acceptance
A contract for the sale of product(s) you order from us is only created once we have e-mailed you confirmation that your order has been received.
All orders are subject to availability.
We will not be legally bound by any factual or typographical errors on the website or other promotional materials.
Payment via PayPal Account
• If you have a PayPal account you can insert your user-name and PayPal password and use your account as you normally would.
• Once you have completed the transaction you should hit the return to merchant button which will take you back to the lifelongmusic website. You will receive two confirmation emails with your order number and receipt number. The emails will come from service@paypal.co.uk. If you do not receive notification please contact us ASAP.
• Once your order has been picked, packed and shipped you will receive an email confirming this.
• If there are problems with the payment then give us a call and we can arrange another method of payment i.e. BACs transfer or cheque.
• Cheques – we will need to allow 7-10 days to clear before we ship the product.
Promotional Coupons
• If you have a valid promotional coupon number/word then you can enter it into the coupon field and your order will be amended accordingly.
• Each promotional coupon will have various offers and time limitations, these will be in line with our marketing campaigns.
Price and Delivery
The price you will pay for the goods is the price in the e-mail confirmation.
You shall be given an estimated time for delivery at the time your order is placed. If the goods are not available for delivery within 30 days of being ordered you shall be entitled to cancel your order and receive a full refund of any monies paid. Where goods become available for delivery at different times we reserve the right to deliver them in stages.
Once the goods have been delivered to you, you will hold them at your own risk and will be liable for their loss or destruction. We will not be liable for the loss or destruction of the goods once they have been delivered to you.
If you place your order online we'll send you an e-mail to let you know when we've dispatched your order. Your order should arrive within not more than 28 working days of dispatch. This maximum delivery period shall have elapsed before we will consider claims for lost in transit consignments.

Warranty
All products purchased from Lifelongmusic carry a 30 day warranty unless sold as a “no warranty” item. All items are designed for long term use with the proper care and maintenance.
