This item is being sold with a 14 day warranty against DOA.

Shipping

1. We reserve the right to substitute FedEx Ground in place of UPS Ground at our discretion.  We also reserve the right to upgrade shipping to USPS Priority or Express mail at our choosing.  If we choose to upgrade the mailing service there will be no additional cost to you.  All domestic mailing classes include delivery confirmation tracking.

2. Texas residents add 8.25% sales tax to grand total. 

3. No local pick up.

International Shipping

We will not under any circumstance ship an item as a "gift".  We follow standard shipping rules and report the full value of an item on Customs forms.

Terms of Sale

Returns-

If sold under the 14 day guarantee, the item may be returned if not as described in the ad. You must notify us within 14 days of delivery date to claim DOA status. We must receive the item within 10 days of your claim. Upon receipt of the returned item we will ship a replacement or refund. Purchaser is responsible for all return shipping costs. Items found to be non-defective will be subject to a 20 percent restock fee ($5.00 minimum).
