Please read before you buy it now, bid or ask a question
1. Condition of items
a. We sell new products with full Manufacturer’s warranty. We sell ex-stock, ex-catalogue, ex-display, shop return, end of line stock, ex demo models or refurbished stock.
Items are only new if this is stated on the listing; most items are in as new condition although there may be slight marks or blemishes due to items being ex display etc. Any damage to an item will be stated on the listing
b. When we describe our stock as Graded:- A- B+ or B-, which means it has been purchased direct from a major high street retailer and fully tested and re-boxed returns. Some products may have some small cosmetic marks or cosmetic imperfection; this does not affect the quality of the product.
What do A-, B+ and B- mean?
Product(s) for sale fall into one of the following three categories:
 
"A-" – Customer returns and ex display in virtually "As New" condition & complete with all accessories.
 
"B+" – Customer returns in graded condition with minimal signs of use. Complete with accessories (may not have instruction books). Mostly in original boxes.
 
"B-" – Customer returns missing some accessories but working. More visible signs of use.
c. If the original instructions are not available for an item, then a photocopied / downloaded and printed manual will be provided or the manual will be supplied on CD.
Our items may or may not come with a manufacturer’s warranty card, however it is totally down to the manufacturers if they honour these warranties.
 
2. Communication
If you need to contact us regarding an item, please contact us through contact seller on eBay. We try and answer all the question within 24 hours.
3. Payment
a. Payment must be received via PayPal within 24 hours of purchase.
Other payment methods accepted Please call for details.
b. We do not accept personal cheque. Please contact us to let us know if there will be a delay with the payment.
 
4. Postage
a. We do accept collections for any items but only with prior arrangements. Please contact us to arrange collection.
b. We accept cash on collection, if PayPal is used for payment collection is not allowed. We will have to ship the item with tracking.
c. We can combine postage for multiple items, please contact us stating which items you would like to purchase and we will give you a price for shipping.
 
5. Delivery
 
a. Item will be shipped to the address on Pay Pal receipt only and delivery address cannot be changed after payment is completed.
 
b. All items are securely packaged, labelled and are dispatched within 48 hours of payment being received (normally same day if received by 3pm excluding weekends). Depending on the size and weight of the item it will be delivered by Royal Mail, UKMail or Parcel Force.
c. We only use recorded services so all items are fully traceable. All customers will receive a dispatch notification and the item should be delivered within 1-3 working days unless stated.
d. If for any reason you or the person at the delivery address refuses to accept delivery of the products, all risk in the products shall pass to you and we may, at our discretion, charge for return of the products to us, a storage fee and a redelivery fee to another address nominated by you.
6. Insurance
 
a. Standard insurance is included.
b. If you do not receive your goods within 5 working days of payment, please contact us and we will trace the goods for you.
c. Postal Insurance is up to Royal Mail Standard only and subject to Royal Mail’s terms and conditions. If an item is lost in the post, we are unable to take any action for claim until 15 working days from the date of despatch. "We cannot be held responsible for courier delays and consequential loss"
 
7. Returns
 
a. We accept returns 14 days of receipt if you change your mind, upon receiving the item back in satisfactory condition, unopened, unused we will refund your money.
b. All units are removed from packaging tested, and repacked prior to any listing being entered to ensure all items are in working condition.
c. If in the unlikely event the item is found to be faulty it must be reported to us within 3 days and return within 7 days of receipt. The buyer must cover return postage for any item returned to us and we will refund the original postage paid if a refund is requested. We will cover the cost of sending a replacement item to you.
d. No postage will be refunded if the returned item is found not to be faulty when tested.
e. Items returned for a refund must include all the original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition, with all manuals, accessories etc.
f. When returning an item please include the eBay item number and user name. It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure that returned items are adequately wrapped to prevent any damage occurring. However, goods returned damaged, incomplete or unfit for re-sale will be re-valued and the cost of the defect will be deducted accordingly.
g. All items are security marked and any returned items will be checked for this mark.
h. Refunds will only be issued once we have confirmed Serial Markings, Security Marks.
I. We will only issue a refund for an item if we can’t offer an exact replacement.
J. We will pay for the return postage cost only if item found to be faulty. We will pay the postage cost equal to the postage cost we charge you for the shipping the item or you have paid for returning the item back to us whichever is lower.
 
k. Refunds for returned items will be processed within 7 days of receipt of the item, also when you had left feedback for us as we do not accept negative or neutral feedback when contract between you and us has been terminated.
 
l. AUCTION WINS are excluded unless the item is significantly not as described.
 
8. Feedback
