Product Specifications.
 
All our products conform and are sold to British Standards.Whilst every care has been taken in the creation of this site the customer should satisfy themselves of the exact colours by reference to the brochures etc. as screen images may vary.
 
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within the first 14 working days after delivery, return the item unused in the original packaging with your invoice for a refund (excluding carriage charges), alternatively we can collect at a cost of £ 25.00+ VAT depending on the per parcel size. This does not affect your statutory rights. Return The Item Within 14 Days From The Date Of Receipt. Items Must Be Returned In The Original Packaging, In An Unused Condition.
Please note non recoverable costs occurred such as processing and postage costs are not refundable.
 
Rights/Acceptance of Goods.
 
You have a cooling off period of seven working days to enable you to examine the goods supplied during which time you may cancel the order in writing. If you do wish to cancel the goods must be returned unused in the original packaging, in a resalable condition. You will be responsible for the cost of their safe return to us. You cannot cancel under these terms if you have used the goods. All goods must be inspected as to merchantable quality, and any shortage or damage in transit (goods showing signs of transit damage must be signed 'box damaged') along with any defects reported to Baby Travel as soon as reasonably possible.
 
Failure in Guarantee Period.
 
Proof of purchase must accompany any warranty claim. We guarantee our products for six months. This does not affect your statutory rights. If a fault develops within the guarantee period, we will Contact the manufacturer and supply you with spare parts or direct you to a service centre if applicable. for major repairs the product must be examined .
 
We regret we are unable to supply loan products whilst inspection and repairs are carried out.
 
If the failure is confirmed to be due to a manufacturing fault we will arrange the repair. If however the fault is due to fair wear and tear/accidental damage or misuse we will quote for rectification and you will also be liable for carriage charges.
 
Delivery UK mainland only DEPENDING ON THE POST CODE SOME NORTHERN PARTS OF THE UK AND ALL THE ISLANDS ARE AT EXTRA COST (YOU MUST CONTACT US IF IN DOUBT).All goods are sent on same day or next day service. Goods will be delivered between 9.00 am-6.30 pm Monday to Friday.
 
If your goods do not arrive within 7 days, e-mail or phone us and we will contact the carrier All parcels we send are insured at no extra cost.
 
We aim to dispatch of orders same working day if Goods ARE IN STOCK, please allow 3-14 working days for delivery IF OUT OF STOCK.
