Postage and insurance are not refundable.
If you are returning goods, you have to make your own arrangements for shipping goods to our premises at your cost. On successful receipt of the returned goods we will refund the full amount within 14 days. If we are collecting goods on your behalf then we may deduct the cost of collection from your refund.
For your complete satisfaction, we offer a full refund on any unwanted orders placed on our website. As per our delivery options you can email us within 24hrs to notify us of any changes to your order. We will refund the full amount within 5 days of the cancellation of the order.
Defective items may be returned together with a copy of our invoice for a replacement refund including the cost of carriage.
