Terms and Conditions:
At Emsdeal we believe that you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase, but if for any reason you
wish to return it we will give you a full refund. Refunds & returns are all part of our quality customer
service. Whether you're returning an unwanted item or have received a faulty item we make the returns procedure as easy as possible.
Just reply to the email you received from us after you place your order, stating the reason for the return and we will email you back within a couple of hours (during working days) with a returns address. We make refunds within 10 days of receiving a return and the refund method we use will be the same as that which you used to purchase the goods.
Unwanted item(s):
• Item must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase date.
• Return the jewellery to us in its original condition with packaging and suitable for resale as we cannot accept scratched or damaged jewellery for refund or exchange.
• For hygiene reasons, Earrings cannot be exchanged or refunded, unless faulty.
• Please write the reason for your return on the back of packing slip. If you do not have the packing slip, please write your full name, email address, and the reason for the return on a piece of paper.
Please note: You are responsible for returning the item back to us and the return postage charge. We will not accept responsibility for the item until it has been delivered to us. Proof of postage is advisable and we would recommend you send the item Recorded Delivery. We do not credit back the return postage costs unless the return is due to a faulty item.
Any package that has been shipped uninsured with no tracking number and is not received by us will become the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Postage costs:
• If it is just an unwanted return you will cover the postage charge for returning the product to us.
• If the item is deemed to be faulty, damaged or incorrect we will cover the return postage costs to us.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items:
• You have the right to return a defective item within a reasonable period of time.
• Please keep all the warranty information that accompanies your item as this may be needed should there be a fault.
• Our warranty covers all manufacturing defects and does not cover faults arising from poor/improper use.
