We describe our items as accurately as possible. Most of our items are 'pre-loved' and will show signs of wear which we will point out either in the listing or photos. We will not describe an item as mint unless it is. We are human and do occasionally make mistakes or miss things. If for any reason you are unhappy with your item, please contact us through ask a seller or via the email address below and we will do our best to sort things out. We also have a contact us section on our website.
 
*** Best Offers ***
We welcome offers on many of our items, but please be aware that offers significantly below the 'Buy It Now' price are unlikely to be accepted. Please do not be offended if we do not accept your offer on some of the lower value items - especially if you are only buying one of them. We are a business, not a private seller, and so need to take into consideration the cost of buying the item in and the cost of selling the item (i.e. eBay and Paypal fees) when setting prices.
 
*** Payment ***
UK buyers can pay by Paypal, Postal Order or Bank Transfer. Cheques are also acceptable for orders over £25 excluding postage.
 
For customers outside the UK Paypal payments in UK Pounds Sterling are preferred, or alternatively by Bank Transfer. We can also make arrangements for payment by International Money Orders, however there may be an additional fee involved in handling the Money Order.
 
Non-UK bidders are reminded that this listing is in UK Pounds (GBP - Sterling) not US Dollars or Euros.
 
*** Shipping / Delivery / Customs & Import Tax ***
Delivery costs for UK, Europe and Worldwide are listed separately. If you are unsure which applies, please ask before paying so as to avoid any confusion. Bidders outside the European Union (EU) should also be aware that they may be charged sales/import tax on items as they arrive into their destination country. This is at the discretion of the local customs office, and is beyond our control. Payment of any sales/import tax is the buyers responsibility. For more details please contact your local customs office.
 
Where possible we will be happy to combine shipping, so if you buy more than one item please ask for a combined invoice. Where possible we recycle packaging, or use materials that are environmentally friendly. Most of our boxes are sourced from a company that specialises in quality boxes that have either been supplied for recycling, or where too many boxes have been made on a production run.
 
** UK Delivery **
Having offered free economy delivery for a while, we have decided to revert back to charging for postage. Free delivery is not actually free - it just means that we add the postage cost onto each item. We felt that this was unfair on customers buying more than one item as they were being charged for postage on each item and we were unable to 'combine postage'. By charging for postage this means that it is now cheaper for customers to buy more than one item.
 
Small items with economy delivery within the UK will normally be posted by Royal Mail Second Class. Larger items will normally be sent by courier. Please note that a signature may be required for larger items or orders over £40. If you require special or recorded delivery we will happily arrange this for an additional charge.
 
** EU / International Delivery **
We do offer worldwide shipping. Small, lightweight items (under 2kg) can usually be sent via Royal Mail Small Packet Airmail. This service is not trackable/traceable. If you require your items to have a tracking number during shipping please contact us before bidding, so that we can obtain a quote from a courier. Heavy or large items will also need to be sent by courier. This can be quite expensive, especially outside Europe, so please check with us before buying/bidding. Please note that due to Postage restrictions, we are no longer able to send items in our 'Toy' categories to Canada.
 
** Royal Mail Target Delivery Times **
 
The following is a guide to delivery times. Please note that they are target delivery times, and these may increase at busy times of the year (e.g. Christmas, Thanksgiving).
 
Delivery to UK (Second Class / Economy) -> 2-3 days from posting
Delivery to Europe (Airmail) -> 3 to 4 days from posting
Delivery outside Europe (Airmail) -> 5 days from posting
 
Items are not considered delayed or lost by Royal Mail until at least 5 working days for UK deliveries, 20 working days for Europe, or 25 working days for other countries.
 
Items sent by courier usually 2-5 working days depending on the destination.
