All of our terms and conditions of sale fall within all Ebay policies and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. This list is not exhaustive.
 
PAYMENT For all transactions, we only accept payments via the ebay platform. Payments can be made from a variety of cards including all major credit and debit cards along with Paypal. We do not accept any payments outside of the ebay platform.
 
POSTAGE We want you to get your order as soon as possible and one of our main goals is to process orders quickly. Currently, our main courier for deliveries is Royal Mail for all domestic and international deliveries. Depending on your chosen postage option, delivery times can vary and as with all standard Royal Mail services, we cannot make any guarantees on delivery times once the item is in the hands of the courier. On the rare occasion that a delay has occurred, this is the responsibility of the courier and not ourselves. All orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. Royal Mail delivers Monday to Saturday excluding national holidays. If there is nobody available to take delivery, Royal Mail will normally use some form of communication with you to either re-arrange delivery or collection from your local depot. Please note that if an item is not collected and the item is returned to us, any costs for re-delivery will be met by the buyer at a charge of £6.00, this charge will be created using a private ebay listing for the customer to re-pay for delivery. Any signed-for services, such as international tracked or domestic recorded delivery can be checked at the following www.royalmail.com/track-your-item using the tracking number advised in the purchase section of your account. If you are however experiencing any delays in delivery times please contact us via the Ebay messaging service and we will do everything possible to address your enquiry in a timely manner. All INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES are sent via a tracked/signed-for service. These services are a fully tracked service. To check the progress of an international delivery please go to www.royalmail.com/track-your-item using the tracking number advised in your dispatch email. IMPORTANT NOTE - If applicable, it is the buyer’s responsibility to pay for any customs charges or import VAT for their country and any import duties and it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for any such taxes. Please note we are not liable for any costs in the event that an item has arrived late.
 
RETURNS POLICY INFORMATION Offering the best customer experience is at the heart of what we do and we want all of our customers to be completely satisfied every time you shop with us and we offer a no quibble money back guarantee on all of our items from the date of delivery (please see the item listing for our returns window). Should you wish to return an item please open a returns request via the purchase history section of your account. Once we have received notification we will action and authorise your request and information to return your item will be sent. Goods should be returned to the address provided and once in receipt of the item, a refund will be issued subject to inspection. Goods must be received in a fully resalable condition with the item carefully folded and sealed securely in appropriate packaging including any tags, if applicable, which must not be detached from the item. All returns are processed within 4 working days from receipt of the item. For the buyer's protection, we always recommend that items are returned via the shipping label provided by ebay for the return as we are not responsible for loss or delay should an item be sent outside of ebay’s shipping label. A refund will be made on the item amount and original postage costs, if applicable. It is the buyer's responsibility for the postage costs of returning the item or items back to us and this is not refundable. ITEMS We take all care possible to ensure items are described and photographed correctly however it is the buyer's responsibility to check that the size, colour, fit etc is correct before making a purchase. Whilst we also take the utmost care to ensure that all of our items are photographed as accurately as possible, we do like to remind customers that given items are viewed over numerous devices there can be some slight variation in colour, contrast and hues depending on the device you are viewing from. As such we are not responsible for an item that appears different in colour or appearance than pictured on our item listings. Please note we do not sell any items and declare the label sizing under any circumstances unless the item has a UK label. Some items do have various numbers on the labels however unless the item has a clear UK label we give our recommendation on the size and give full measurements so the buyer can make an informed choice before making a purchase and thus avoid any ill-fitting.
