1) Most items are delivered in 3-5 working days but can (and sometimes do) take longer. If you have ANY urgency or time constraint for delivery we recommend you select an enhanced postage service (First Class, Recorded, Special etc) to avoid disappointment.
2) Domestic items cannot be considered missing or lost in transit until 10 working days have elapsed. This is standard Royal Mail policy. International orders are handled by Ebay Global Shipping Programme and may take up to 28 days to arrive. International shipping and taxes are calculated by Ebay and are beyond our control.
3) Please let us know if any item arrives damaged in transit, incomplete, missing or incorrect parts or otherwise not-as-described, we will be more than happy to rectify any errors or replace any damaged/missing parts.
A detailed account of any default is always helpful.
4) You are welcome to use Ebay messages, email or phone to enquire the status of your order but ALL claims against items MUST be initiated via your Ebay Purchase History dashboard (Item / I didnt receive it.)
