Payment can be made by paypal, by card (visa, mastercard and debit cards) through paypal, or by other accepted methods.
 
Delivery is by Royal Mail or courier.

We request your name, address and email (optional) to enable us to provide you with an efficient after-sales service but we WILL NOT pass your details to ANY third parties..
 
No credit card details are stored anywhere in our system so once your transaction has gone ahead there is no record of your card details.
 
All goods remain the property of this company until payment is made in full.
 
We reserve the right to refuse to supply goods.
 
We will despatch most items within 1 working day of receipt of payment. If items are out of stock we will order them immediately and despatch as soon as we receive them. However, we suggest that you allow up to 28 days for receipt of your goods. Customers will be kept fully informed of the status of their order should it take longer than 3 working days to despatch. If you are not happy with a delay we will be happy to offer you a full refund.
If you are paying by cheque you will need to allow time for the cheque to get to us.
 
Delivery charges will depend on value of goods ordered and will match as closely as possible the actual postage charge
 
If an order has to be split then the second despatch will be free of any further postage charges.
 
All goods offered on ebay are in stock and ready to ship. On occasions there may be an error in stock management and if this occurs we will inform you immediately and process any required exchange or refund straight away.
 
If you find that a product is defective please return the item to us, along with a brief description of the problem, your contact details and your receipt or order number if possible or, failing that, the approximate date of purchase. We will offer you a refund or exchange.
 
We have a 'no quibble' returns policy. If you change your mind about an item, you may return it unopened, unused, unwashed and in resaleable condition within a reasonable amount of time (up to 4 weeks) for a refund of the cost of the item or for exchange. We will deduct postage at cost from your refund.
 
If returning goods to us we suggest you get a 'certificate of posting' (free of charge) from your post office so that you can claim compensation from Royal Mail should the parcel not reach us. We cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the post.
 
We always obtain a proof of posting certificate for packages we despatch. On occasion packages may be delayed or lost completely in the post. If your package does not arrive please let us know and we will help you to try to trace it, or replace it if required.
 
We wish to inform you that, in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have a 'cooling off period' of seven days, starting from when you receive your goods. You may cancel your order during this period and return your items in unused saleable condition for any reason whatsoever. You will receive a refund of your full payment costs including delivery costs.
 
When cancelling items within this 7 day period you will be expected to return the items to us within a reasonable timeframe and pay for the postage to do so. We cannot accept responsibility for items returned with insufficient packaging if damage occurs in transit.
 
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
 
These Terms and Conditions do not affect consumer statutory rights.
