Please do not buy based solely on AGE, DRESS SIZE or an item being MEDIUM, LARGE etc.

NOTE: Womens sizes: USA dress size 10 - 14 is equivalent to UK dress size 12 - 16.
HEADWEAR
Measure around the head, just above eyebrows, ears and around the back of the head at the largest spot.
I WANT A SPECIFIC ITEM/SIZE
We cannot guarantee if and when certain items/sizes will be in stock. We only have what is online.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
A tracking number will be emailed to you after goods have been dispatched. It is then your responsibility to keep track of item.
Not all websites display traceable information. In some cases, your parcel will only appear online when it has reached it's destination.
For international customers, please refer to the post office website of your country.
ORDER NOT RECEIVED
The courier will leave a 'contact card' if no one is in to take delivery of your parcel. You must then contact them and arrange re-delivery.
If the courier has not left a 'contact card', please ring them, and ask them to confirm delivery address, ensuring you quote your tracking number.
Please also check with other household members and neighbours, who may have taken the parcel on your behalf.
FAILED DELIVERIES
If couriers are unable to deliver parcels, due to incorrect addresses or unsuitable access, then parcels are usually returned back to us.
Afterwards, we will refund the customer for the cost of the item/s only. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
RETURNS: IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ BELOW
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, you may return goods within 30 CALENDAR DAYS upon receipt.
We will not accept goods after this time period.
1 - We do not accept goods if the item's seal or packaging has been broken.
2 - We do not accept return of worn COSTUMES, WIGS, PET COSTUMES, UNDERWEAR and BATHROBES, due to hygiene reasons. You may open the packet, examine size and material. We will then accept return if not suitable.
3 - We do not accept goods if they have stains, human hair, animal hair, bad odour or have been sprayed on, in an attempt to remove bad odour.
4 - Goods must be returned in their original condition, with tags attached and all parts packed neatly in original inner packaging. (Please do not stick cellotape on packet items)
5 - Adequate outer packaging must be used. Please do not fold/bend on packet items.
If the goods meet our quality requirements,
1. Under My eBay select Purchase history
2. Locate the item you wish to return and click Return this item
3. Select the reason for the return and enter comments to the seller. When complete, click Start return.
 
Afterwards, we will email you a PRE-PAID returns label.
