If for any reason you are not satisfied with your goods, we will refund the price of the goods provided that they are returned unused and in original condition, together with the original packaging (if applicable), within 14 days of the date of the invoice, a copy of which must be returned with the goods. You must take reasonable care of the item(s) and must not open them. You will be responsible for the shipping costs both to and from your address. We cannot accept responsibility for returned items damaged or lost in the post so advise you take out postal insurance. To cancel your order you must advise us by email or ebay messages. We will endeavour to replace all broken items or give a refund of the bid/buying amount at our discretion. All returns must be in their original packaging. We will email you a Returns Label, you will require access to a printer to print out a copy to attach to your parcel.

If we cannot repair your item we will replace it with an item of equal or greater specification. In order to process your warranty claim we will require a copy of your invoice, which will act as your receipt of purchase.You will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred.
