All orders are subject to stock availability and payment clearance.
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Delta. All prices include VAT, at the current rate of 20%. Online payment transactions will be processed using HSBC Bank's secure credit card payment system. This is one of the most secure systems in use in the UK for on-line sales.
Orders are dispatched as soon as possible. UK orders are sent within three (working) days (but usually ship same day on weekdays). All orders are sent second class unless a premium service is selected. This includes all UK postcodes. Channel Islands & Isle of Man may be delayed by Customs.
International orders are usually delivered within 7 - 14 days and are sent by air mail. Insurance and tracking is available at the customer's discretion. Pinkcatshop.com does not accept any responsibility for items sent uninsured once despatched.
If you choose to insure your item's delivery, you will be asked to sign for the delivery of the item(s). This will be proof of delivery. If an unauthorised person signs for the item(s) at the address you have given us, this is your responsibility.
If there is a delay then we will notify you. You can then cancel within 7 days and obtain a full refund by emailing or writing to us. Provision of a refund will discharge us from any and all liability for failure to deliver items ordered or to deliver them within the stated period.
